Tom Pace is a passionate leader with 25 years of sales and production experience in corporate marketing and event management. Tom is a creative thinker with contagious energy to inspire, coach and lead marketing and production teams.
In 2007, Tom created Bullseye Media Solutions, a video content provider for corporate communications with a focus on medical education and corporate promotion.
Tom has produced advertising and media packages for non profit organizations such as the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery with Hotel TV, Bus TV, and Convention TV.
He has also created revenue-based video and media products for Ophthalmaology Times, EyeWorld, Cataract Refractive Today, Review of Ophthalmology, Ocular Surgery News and Ophthalmology and Optometric Management.
For companies from startups to Fortune 100 firms, Tom provides a variety of video services, including commercials, presentations, documentaries, testimonials, user meetings, panel discussions and social media content.
Tom has a strong corporate sales and marketing background. He started in New York City selling Canon copiers for six years before joining Whittle Communications selling Medical News Network to primary care physicians. Tom then joined Advanstar Communications as an advertising sales executive to revitalize Ophthalmology Times. He achieved great success selling advertising, corporate supplements and multi-media projects to the global ophthalmic pharmaceutical and medical device industry. His Olympic attitude was then utilized with a non-profit, as he was recruited to be Director of Strategic Initiatives for the American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons to revive EyeWorld news publication. EyeWorld became profitable for the first time in seven years through Tom's efforts in sales and the launch of the society's first corporate sponsored educational event.
